Hello Friend,

Thank you for taking a moment to learn about my journey. All roads have led me to this beautiful place where I’m stretching myself as a writer, teacher, and public speaker. I’ve been doing these things for years, but I now feel called to spread my message further. If you look around you’ll notice that people are carrying way too much stress and fear. They are searching for ways to feel lighter. I’m grateful to be in a position to teach others about self-care, mindfulness, and emotional healing.

Understanding the connection between the mind, body, and spirit is liberating because you see yourself as resilient. By leaning into your faith and inner guidance you learn how to trust the timing of things coming and going from your life. You develop skills to relieve stress, handle adversity, and heal grief and losses. This is self-love and it greatly determines your frequency, state of mind, happiness, and physical and emotional well-being.

When you are intentional about self-love and personal growth, you become aligned with your heart, truth and spirituality. That is where you experience “Grace.” The world is operating at a fast pace. It’s important to have the self-awareness and consciousness to slow down and take in your lessons and blessings. I have a simple mantra that guides me through each day, “Live what you love!” It simply means that you exercise your heart daily and become fluent in love. You learn to love yourself unconditionally and love others where they are in their journey. Life is imperfect, but as you develop a strong relationship with yourself and faith you learn to trust the path before you.

I spent nearly 20 years in the corporate world. I was a trainer for a large company where I facilitated workshops about morale and customer relations. Since then, I have shifted my focus to meet a growing need in society. Today I put together presentations about self-love, mindfulness, healing, charity, and humanity. I love teaching mind-body medicine and customizing workshops for various groups and organizations.
